To ensure OBP is well positioned for the future, President Rhonda Ries and Chief Operating Officer Suzan Knese announced a new Executive Team. Selected for their deep marketing, creative and technical expertise, commitment to the agency’s Core Beliefs and leadership across the agency, the Executive Team will help grow the agency, elevate the employee experience and bring insights and measurable value to clients, leading to client satisfaction and retention. The team lead is Ben Bohling, senior vice president and executive creative director. Team members and areas of responsibility include:

  • Ben Bohling: Senior Vice President, Executive Creative Director

  • Sonja Graham: Senior Vice President, Finance and Information Technology

  • Steve Kozel: Senior Vice President, Strategy, Media and Marketing Technology

  • Julie Voss Catron: Senior Vice President, Public Relations

“As our industry continues to evolve, so too must our agency,” said Ries. “This new team will work together cohesively to deliver the objectives outlined in our strategic plan. They will be fully engaged with clients’ businesses to understand their changing needs and offer new ways to bring greater value and measurable results that lead to client satisfaction. OBP’s long-term approach will focus on growth in key industries, learning, bringing new services and sharing those learnings with clients across industries to drive growth.”

The Executive Team, Ries and Knese will continue to be actively involved in the business to ensure OBP remains focused on client attention, providing industry insights, superior service offerings and work that contributes to our clients’ business objectives.

Ries and Knese will continue to serve as principals of OBP. Clients and OBP staff remain Ries and Knese’s highest priorities, and both will continue to provide direct access.

“The long-term health and viability of OBP is the key objective,” said Knese. “We’re excited for the Executive Team to serve as think partners, working together to evolve our services to ensure we’re proactively bringing solutions to clients and elevating the employee experience to improve retention and talent development.”
