Zach Arnold

Executive Creative Director

As our second in creative command, he oversees every creative piece the OBP team develops. Zach has a wide-ranging background in advertising, branding, photography and video direction, but his true passion lies in concept and design. His experience with national brands such as NASCAR, Monsanto, STIHL Inc., Muck Boots, Bass Pro Shops, the St. Louis Cardinals and Samsung has given him a keen eye for design and a knack for developing successful visual communication strategies.

Who is someone you admire, and why?

Lee Clow. He is so fearless, and it shows in all of his creative work.

Is there a particular moment during your time at OBP that stands out as a specific highlight?

One that stands out is our America’s Farmer campaign. Coming up with the entire concept and seeing it through the final product, it was a huge success.

What makes a great campaign’s creative standout versus the norm?

I think it happens when you’re able to use an emotional lever to change a business result. Then, you can stand out even more by creating more work than initially asked.
